John 3:15-18 “In order that everyone who believes in Him [who cleaves to Him, trusts Him and relies on Him] may not perish, but have eternal life and [actually] live forever! For God so greatly loved and dearly prized the world that He [even] gave up His only begotten (unique) Son, so that whoever believes in (trusts in, clings to, relies on) Him shall not perish (come to destruction, be lost) but have eternal (everlasting) life. For God did not send the Son into the world in order to judge (to reject, to condemn, to pass sentence on) the world, but that the world might find salvation and be made safe and sound through Him. He who believes in Him {who clings to, trusts in, relies on Him} is not judged {he who trusts in Him never comes up for judgment; for him there is no rejection, no condemnation – he incurs no damnation}; but he who does not believe (cleave to, rely on, trust in Him) is judged already [he has already been convicted and has already received his sentence] because he has not believed in and trusted in the name of the only begotten Son of God. [He is condemned for refusing to let his trust rest in Christ’s name.}
The most important, intimate and wonderful relationship of your life is your personal relationship with Jesus Christ. In John 14:6 Jesus said, “I am the Way and the Truth and the Life; no one comes to the Father except by (through) Me.” If you would like to accept the Lord into your heart and your life as your very own personal Savior and enter into the greatest relationship you have ever known, please pray the following prayer:
Heavenly Father, You loved me so much before I was born that You gave Your only begotten Son to die for me and my sins so that by believing in Him I will not perish but have eternal life. There is nothing I can do to earn salvation. It is through Your gift of grace and faith that I am saved. I believe that Jesus Christ is Your Son, the Savior of the world. I believe that He died on the cross for me paying the price for my sins. I believe that You raised Jesus from the dead and He is alive today. I am a sinner. I am sorry for my sins and I ask You to forgive me. Through faith I accept Jesus Christ into my heart and my life as my Lord and Savior. Please lead me and teach me to walk in Your ways Father. Thank you for loving me enough to forgive me and accept me as Your child. Amen
Now say, “I am a child of God.” Louder, “I am a child of God!” You are a child of God and you are FREE! Praise Him!
